Step 1
Bring water to 80°C (176°F) in a kettle. The heat helps dissolve the milk and sugar while its the perfect temperature to extract flavor from the ground tea.

Step 2
Measure out 40 g (1.4 oz) of Two Quacks milk tea powder in a glass.
Tip: If you like to adjust the flavor strength, you can adjust the tea to water ratio

Step 3
Pour 120g of (3.5oz) of hot water into glass. Note: We've found that 120g of hot water creates a balanced drink. If you prefer a stronger, creamier, and sweeter drink, you can adjust the amount of hot water to 100g.

Step 4
Stir until every particle is dissolved (~30 sec)

Step 5
Add 100g of (3.5oz) of ice into glass to chill the drink down. This is an important step to lock in the tea to water ratio.

Step 6
Stir until chilled (~30 sec)

Step 7
Fill glass with ice and enjoy the drink
