The Whisk
To get the most consistent flavor for minimal effort.
Difficulty: Moderate
Step 1
Heat water in a kettle! (Recommend: 182F)
Step 2
Add 1-2 tsp of Two Quacks tea powder in a whisk bowl. (Recommend: 5 grams for the perfect flavor and mouth feel)
Step 3
Pour 2 oz of hot water. Whisk in a "W" or "M" motion until you create a nice layer of foam.
Step 4
Add ½ cup of ice into glass with milk plus sweetner of your choice.
Step 5
Pour the frothy roasted oolong tea in to create magic.
